Cannon T2i with 18-55 Lens, zoomed out all the way. I have it on the "M" hole(for the mounting bracket thinly) with 2 weights on the front and back. Adjusted the blue swirly nob things accordingly... First time using, don't hate. Very helpful to put in on a table and balance, instead of holding it with your hand and trying to adjust. Compared to an actual vest/spring contraption like more expensive steady cams, this seems to be a very effective cheaper option, though, its very heavy and after just a few minutes of use my arm was tired...
